Swiss Golf Bubikon
The Golf Club Bubikon is not only my member club in Switzerland but also the place where all has begun. Here I hit my first balls on the driving Range.
They have in spring, summer and fall a one week junior golf camp. As I was still in Switzerland or visiting my birth place I joined these camps. It was a great time and I have spend many hours a day at the driving range and on the 9 hole course. When the sun was rising my daddy had to bring me there and I did not wanted him to take me before it went dark.
Even during the winter season, I spend a lot of time on the driving range. I remember the day it was snowing and I had a pullover and jacket on and two golf gloves and I hit the balls into the snow. That was great fun even it was freezing cold.
The Swiss Golf Association had an talent search event on June 2, 2002 at the Golf Club Bubikon. They have discovered me as a very talented golf player. If I will fulfill their expectations one day I am still working hard on it.
Next time I will visit Switzerland I will spend again a lot of time in my home golf club.
